A. Straight Blade Smoothers
This 24-1/2" x
3-1/4" stainless steel blade is installed in a durable 24" aluminum
frame with our unique, durable gusset bracing and threaded handle
adapter or with a 66" powder-coated aluminum handle. This
smoother is used primarily for leveling high-mil, high-build epoxy,
terrazzo and stamping base material.
B. Flexible Blade Smoothers
Now
available with a 24" or 36" round edge or 24" square edge, the
flexible blade smoother bent and angled to maximize
blade contact with a range of surface coating materials. This
smoothing tool can also serve as a spreading tool and even a surface
preparation tool. It is most often used when smoothing
applied material of a more viscous or cementitious composition prior
to stamping or impressing the surface. The blade is contained in
our durable aluminum frame with our superior gusset bracing system.
This tool is available with our threaded handle adapter or with a 66"
powder-coated aluminum handle.
Lightweight Spreader / Smoother
This tool is lightweight, yet durable. It features a 22" frame
with a 23-1/2" x 2" heat-treated steel blade, fan-shaped for next
to wall coverage, and a reversible "threaded" handle adapter
assembly allowing for use as a smoother or spreader.
