A Midwest Rake Company Exclusive The roller hubs have ball bearings and stainless steel axles and come in a heavy-duty, powder-coated steel frame which provides easy adjustment of weight load, allowing for the increase or decrease in downward pressure. Each unit comes with 2 removable 10 lb. weights. Total weight of the stub-spiked Double Roller is 63 lbs. Total weight of the smooth aluminum Double Roller is 53 lbs. Two additional weights may be purchased and added to increase the total weight of the roller to 83 lbs. Replacement parts available. |

This
patent-pending 24" double roller is available with stub-spiked or smooth aluminum rollers and both have
adjustable weight capability. The stub-spiked double rollers
are used for terrazzo and high-build impregnated flooring systems to
ensure the aggregates are thoroughly placed and evenly distributed
throughout the floor. The aluminum double rollers are used for
polymer flooring systems to ensure the filler (aggregate, paint
flakes, vinyl chips, metallic filler) is uniformly and fully
saturated into the wet polymer matrix. We recommend using
these rollers with our fixed 66" powder-coated aluminum handle for
maximum strength and control.
